- When the amphibious excavator is moving, use the low gear. Using the high gear is prohibited.
- When starting the moving state, step on the accelerator halfway before starting to move.
- Without adding side float boxes, it is prohibited to operate in water deeper than 1.6 meters. There is no depth limit for operation in sludge.
- For water deeper than 1.6 meters, side float boxes need to be added.
- (A water depth of 1.6 meters is applicable to models below 130. The wading depth range varies for different models of amphibious excavators.)
- t is prohibited to move and operate on uneven terrain where there is a large difference in the contact points of the side float boxes on the left and right sides to avoid roll – over.
- When entering the water area for movement, use the bucket to measure the area that has not been traversed to ensure that the depth on the left and right is the same, avoiding roll – over caused by uneven depth.
- Avoid running over hard objects while moving. Try to avoid walking on hard roads for a long time, as it will affect the service life of the track plates.
- If the chain gets stuck and does not run smoothly while moving, use the bucket to lift the chain float box on that side, and let the chain idle a few times forward and backward. Resume moving after ensuring smooth operation.
